Note for newcomers: Mushroom fruiting blocks, also known as grow blocks or grow kits, are composed of sterilized substrate that has been colonized by a selected mushroom strain. They are fully ready to begin fruiting, once placed in the proper growing environment. Fruiting speed, yield, and the number of achievable flushes will vary depending on the mushroom variety, environmental conditions, and growing methods. These blocks are designed to be used for mushroom production up to a commercial scale but can easily be used at the hobbyist level as a "Cut and Spray Grow Kit". Produces even, medium sized fruits and commercial grade yields of attractive brown-capped clusters with slender stems. Is a sensitive variety and therefore has an intermediate difficulty level. Is fast growing and prized for its rich, nutty flavor and meaty texture.
