Note for Newcomers: Grain spawn is sterilized grain that has been inoculated and fully colonized with mushroom mycelium (the root-like structure of a mushroom. You can think of it like a seed for mushroom growing). It’s used to transfer specific strains of mycelium into a larger growing material, such as straw or sawdust, where the mushrooms will actually develop.
Please note: This is not a grow kit, but a starter ingredient used in the mushroom cultivation process.
